Dream Live Hope has created an in-depth youth program called Push For Peace (P4P). This program is a collaboration between several organizations designed to support and sustain the development of our youth. We understand that their peace can be disrupted from trouble at home, peer pressure, gang activity and an array of other factors. This is the reason we begin the intervention in the schools so that the source of the disruption can be fully identified and addressed.

The Push For Peace Program was created to provide a safe space for kids and young adults to thrive and address issues that normally go unaddressed or unacknowledged. This program provides mentoring, life skills classes, and the testimony of returning citizens who have successfully navigated their way through the pitfalls and pressures of becoming whole again.

It begins with our trained staff going onto the school campus and engaging the youth through a series of different interactions including mentoring, tutoring, and problem-solving. Youth can also be enrolled in the program by a parent, family member, or through a referral from another organization.
