Our Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is where young people in Inglewood turn lived experience into leadership—helping prevent incarceration before it starts.

Why it Matters

Too many young people grow up surrounded by cycles of incarceration. We exist to interrupt that path.

Through our Push for Peace youth program, we equip young people with:

  • Financial literacy

  • Conflict resolution skills

  • Emotional intelligence

The Youth Advisory Board takes this one step further—giving youth a seat at the table to shape solutions, not just receive them.
